PICUAL
Our picual is collected in our olive groves in mid-October, the date just before the veraison of the olives, thus offering an intense green color with a high degree of chlorophyll, giving them great vitality.
ARBEQUINA
Our arbequina is an explosion of flavor and freshness itself, with intense herbaceous and fruit aromas. Olfactory complexity, entering softly in the mouth, where the green grass is the protagonist, turning towards a not too intense bitterness in the throat and balancing with a light spiciness.
Delicate and silky to the touch, Jade would be equivalent to our precious EVOO not only in terms of its luminous pigmentation and vivacity, but also in terms of the refined taste and smell provided by its high degree of wonderful polyphenols.
