Traditional ancestral olive groves are the ones that make up our farm. We carry out an integrated production, which guarantees the quality of the product, rationalizing the use of natural resources and the environment as much as possible, reducing soil erosion and improving its fertility. Advancing in the sustainability of the agricultural ecosystem, it protects and promotes the native flora and fauna and improves the maintenance of the rural environment and the landscape.

Located in the municipality of Villanueva de la Reina (Jaén), an area that produces the best Extra Virgin Olive Oils in the world by excellence. We are in the heart of the northern countryside of the province of Jaén, at an altitude of 400 meters. Located at the feet of Sierra Morena, our main source of life, olive groves that activate biodiversity and coexist with nature in its purest state, being a free space, shared by Iberian lynxes, hares, herbivores such as deer, fallow deer and roe deer. Regarding birds, the presence of two vulnerable species stands out: the imperial eagle and the black vulture. In addition to little owls, owls and a multitude of insects that contribute to the shape of the natural habitat. Among the mammals there are unique species such as the mongoose, the only European species of mongoose.

On the other hand, there are optimal weather conditions provided by its geographical location between the countryside of the Guadalquivir River and Sierra Morena, for obtaining oils with a special aromatic quality because the average annual temperature is between 16 and 18ºC.

Its privileged situation constitutes an authentic natural border between the Plateau and the Guadalquivir Valley, it presents enclaves of high ecological value. The characteristic ecosystems of the area are forest and Mediterranean scrub, pine forests and riverbanks.

Our goal is none other than obtaining oils of the highest quality, attending to careful harvesting and grinding of the fruit in the most suitable conditions.

In each harvest, only the best quality olives are selected at their optimum moment of ripeness, thus achieving intense green fruits, balance and an elegant structure of intense complexity.
